The location was particularly good and perfect, close to Temple. Its personnel was very amiable and excellent, nothing to complain about. The room was spotlessly clean and offered big windows and climate control.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a memorable stay. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter. You'll find yourself just steps away from the vibrant night market and bustling shopping streets. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and can even arrange airport transfers for added convenience. Lastly, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with brand new toilets and even balconies that offer views of the surrounding area.

One minor aspect that could be improved is the street noise.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the night market and right in the heart of the old city center. It was so convenient to be able to explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi right from my doorstep. One of the highlights of my stay was the room itself. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a little balcony overlooking the Ceramic Street. It was such a lovely bonus to have a space where I could relax and take in the bustling atmosphere below. this hotel is fantastic value for money and provides a truly enjoyable experience.

The breakfast was decent and filled us up for a busy day. the staff were pretty helpful when we asked for directions and gave us a map. the location of the hotel was pretty convenient since it was near a few restaurants and shops.

The room was kinda gross. the sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed.

It was conveniently located just outside the Old Quarter and near the bus stop to the airport. the main attractions were easily reached by foot as it was very close to them. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful with one exception. the breakfast had a decent selection of food and drinks but nothing outstanding.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities like hand soap and there was a mattress stored in the hallway. the bed was terribly soft, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
